Job Summary
Process customer orders and optimize order size in the SAP system daily. Serve as the single point of contact for customer issues regarding order status. Analyze data and lead processes within the Customer Service team while collaborating with warehouses, carriers, and partners to ensure smooth product flow. Identify and resolve capacity constraints or availability issues, then drive improvements in work processes and critical performance metrics. This Senior Logistics Specialist role supports the Customer Order Management team at Procter & Gamble's Moscow distributorship, enabling the seamless flow of iconic brands like Gillette and Ariel to consumers.
Required Qualifications
- Job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
- Any higher education degree
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP) is a competitive advantage
- Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
