Senior Logistics Manager, Middle East

Job Summary
Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region, serving as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy. Partner with global logistics leadership to align execution with enterprise objectives, while coordinating with regional Operations and Business Line teams across various geographies. Develop and execute carrier strategies for over-the-road, air, ocean, and parcel modes, sourcing and negotiating relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers. Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and service offerings to drive cost optimization and capacity planning. Lead regional sourcing and procurement efforts, running RFPs and managing vendor performance to deliver against cost targets. Establish and track KPIs for cost, service, transit time, and reliability, implementing tools to increase visibility and standard work. This role requires a U.S. Secret security clearance, up to 25% travel, and 8+ years of logistics experience in a rapidly growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Middle East experience
- Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
