Job Summary
Senior Logistics Coordinator role focused on end-to-end order-to-delivery lifecycle in a remote LATAM setup. Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international shipments, tracking delivery timelines, communicating with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams; preparing and managing shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, customs paperwork, invoices); coordinating final-mile delivery; processing product quality claims and shipment discrepancies; managing inventory transfers and warehouse logistics; entering orders in the ERP; maintaining records; ensuring regulatory compliance; and generating reports related to shipments, claims, and operations. Requires 1–3+ years in logistics/shipping, B2B/import-export experience, international shipments, strong Excel skills, fluent English, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation
- Experience in B2B logistics or import/export environments (required)
- Hands-on experience with international shipments (Asia, Mexico, LATAM preferred)
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.)
- Experience handling shipment discrepancies, documentation review, or claims support
- Familiarity with import/export processes and logistics coordination
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English (written communication is critical)
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple workflows across logistics and claims
- Organized, reliable, and consistent in execution
- Proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
- Quick learner with the ability to follow SOPs
