Job Summary
Manage high volume of client tasks by identifying needs, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions while maintaining accurate documentation of conversations and requests. Become proficient in all knowledge base requirements, platforms, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, and documentation. Meet inbound call quality guidelines and key performance criteria to ensure client satisfaction remains central to every decision. Assist clients with onboarding processes by providing status updates, guidance on next steps, and answers to questions regarding applications and registrations. Escalate work orders in accordance with established key performance criteria and communicate clearly on how to use client-facing tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years' experience in a related field
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience
- OR 7 years' experience in a related field
- Experience with Escalation Calls in a Customer Service Environment
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Sales Force
- Must reside within 50 miles of the office
- Willing to report to the office
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
