Job Summary
Senior Logistics Buyer responsible for creating and executing European logistics sourcing strategies for transport and warehouse activities. Lead tender processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, negotiate with suppliers for best commercial outcomes, manage supplier relationships end-to-end including contract finalisation and KPI monitoring, ensure application of procurement processes throughout the sourcing lifecycle, drive sourcing initiatives balancing cost, quality and timelines, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies to align priorities and resolve supplier performance issues. Role requires experience in international environments, fluency in English and Spanish (French a plus), and is based at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe offices in Madrid or London on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Academic background in Business School, Engineering or University with a specialisation in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field
- Strong experience in Procurement, ideally in logistics categories (transport and/or warehousing)
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex topics in a structured and autonomous way
- Collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus
- 6-month fixed-term contract available, based at Madrid or London
