Job Summary
Senior Logistics Analyst responsible for leading analysis and optimization of global inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring cost efficiency, service reliability, and alignment with business needs. Collaborates with Enterprise Logistics to build scalable processes, dashboards, and KPIs for global visibility. Applies AI-enabled analytics to forecasting, scenario modeling, anomaly detection, and cost-to-serve analysis; explores opportunities to automate routine logistics workflows; conducts cost modeling and forecasting to support strategic decisions; partners with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance) and provides analytical support for indirect spend. Focus areas include tariff management, trade compliance, carrier performance, shipping lanes, and global regulatory changes, with emphasis on data-driven insights, cost reduction, and continuous improvement across a manufacturing/technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation management, or supply chain analytics
- Strong knowledge of international shipping practices, freight forwarding, Incoterms, customs processes, and tariff structures
- Demonstrated experience optimizing shipping lanes, carrier networks, and logistics cost structures
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Rapid Response, or similar) and ERP systems (Oracle, AX, or similar)
- Experience using or implementing AI-powered analytics, automation tools, or machine-learning-based forecasting within supply chain or logistics environments
- Strong understanding of trade compliance, duty mitigation strategies, and global regulatory environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment
- Experience supporting or analyzing indirect spend categories is a plus
