Senior Logistic Agent

Senior Logistics Agent responsible for delivering core real estate services for the Industrial & Logistics Agency in Italy. Responsibilities include marketing existing products and developments, supporting and advising clients through negotiations and closing, participating in client meetings and property tours with owners, developers, appraisers and brokers, promoting services and developing business, creating lease comparisons and market overviews, preparing prospect or client presentations, and maintaining client contact information and database activity on online platforms. Requires degree in business, finance or real estate (or relevant qualification), strong knowledge of the I&L real estate sector, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Italian and English language proficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior experience in real estate brokerage or consultancy is preferred.
