Senior Local Product Engineer

Job Summary
Lead cross-organizational task forces to manage quality events and failure modes by coordinating hardware, software, and manufacturing teams. Perform in-depth root cause analysis, monitor test yield for all stations, and provide onsite tier 1 support for test validation, infrastructure setup, and station troubleshooting. Introduce and train the contract manufacturing engineering team on new tests. This role bridges the gap between hardware build and high-volume manufacturing within NVIDIA's Local Product Engineering group, focusing on system-level views of networking solutions. Base location is the Jabil (CM) factory in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical /Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of technical experience in hardware design/system Failure analysis/debugging/Architecture or Product Engineer
- Familiar with the manufacturing processes of electronic products
- Proficient with lab equipment and lab setups and troubleshooting skills
- A highly motivated teammate who always stays up to date with new technologies and FA methodologies
- Proficient in English
- Experience as a test engineer or product engineer
- Experience in board design/system
- Familiar with ICT / JTAG, reliability test like Burn In, HASS and ATE functional tests
- Linux operating systems
- programming languages such as Perl/Python
