Job Summary
Senior Loan System Support and Training Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lending systems, lead or support process redesign, and build training programs that drive adoption and efficiency. Responsibilities include designing, validating and testing system enhancements, troubleshooting complex issues, creating and delivering training materials, and developing controls and data queries to ensure system integrity. Must translate technical concepts for diverse business units, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and cultivate stakeholder relationships to optimize lending processes. Location: Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of four years of related experience in business systems support, lending operations, or training delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering training and working with adult learning principles
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across business units
