Job Summary
Conduct thorough second reviews of collateral releases, amendments, and terminations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage and monitor collateral associated with loans throughout their lifecycle, including safeguarding original documentation and ensuring Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) requirements are met. Prepare collateral releases and handle subpoena requests by gathering appropriate backup documentation. Run and report on tax delinquency issues, review and certify cash collateral, and ensure loan files are coded timely for pledging and audit purposes. Maintain and archive paid off loan files according to company policy while taking on cross-functional roles to support broader team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of loan servicing experience
- banking or relevant industry experience

- High School diploma or equivalent

- knowledge of commercial loans and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- The ability to produce a large volume of work in a very fast paced environment
