Job Summary
Process commercial and private banking loan applications, coordinate closings, and prepare loan documentation for funding. Collect required documentation and fees, perform UCC searches, and monitor credit exceptions while obtaining borrower records. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, build relationships, and cross-sell bank products. Assist with audit preparation, track past-due reports, and maintain ongoing loan servicing documentation. Requires 5+ years of commercial lending experience, an associate's degree, and advanced Excel skills.
