Job Summary
The Senior Living Sales Counselor is responsible for presenting and selling the community lifestyle to prospective residents, managing leads from initial contact to closing. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, generating a minimum of three sales per month, responding to inquiries with urgency, maintaining effective CRM database management, and utilizing existing connections for referrals. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or English is preferred, along with proven sales experience, ideally within the senior living sector.
