Job Summary
Senior Living Sales Associate responsible for marketing, sales, recruitment and coordination of admission for the communities of Community Wellness Partners including skilled nursing, adult home and assisted living. Will alternate between all campuses and will be responsible for making admission decisions based on appropriateness of referral. Interviews families and potential residents for appropriateness of admission; meetings with families throughout the length of stay; represents CWP for marketing and admission coordination; reports to VP of Sales; participates in community engagement; maintains direct contact with hospital referrals and locations; interfaces with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners; attends meetings relative to admissions and professional meetings; maintains confidentiality and assures admission/discrimination compliance with State and Federal Regulations; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience in marketing or business development
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or healthcare preferred. Relevant experience can substitute.
- Experience in healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing home services, rehabilitation, long term care, and senior care options preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances preferred
- Must be knowledgeable about healthcare referral sources, physician offices, hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners as well as Office for the Aging, etc.
