Job Summary
Conduct outpatient therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities or group home settings. Professionally operate at the top of licensure using research-based approaches to maximize functional independence, while collaborating with home health partners to transition care and achieve client-centered goals. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on care plans to foster a team approach, and perform evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning using the outpatient EMR platform. This Full-time opportunity in Williston, Vermont offers flexible schedules with no holidays, weekends, or on-call duties, and includes a bonus for full-time commitment.
Required Qualifications
- A current Vermont Occupational Therapist license
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Problem solving skills
- Solid computer skills
