Senior Living Nurse - LPN

Provide resident care as an LPN in a senior living facility, including setting up, dispensing, and documenting medications; maintain medication cart/room and accurate medication administration records; monitor residents and respond to emergencies; supervise Caregivers and assign shifts; coordinate with Health Services Director/Administrator, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers; document observations and ensure follow-up; participate in caregiver orientation and training; manage staffing and scheduling as Manager on Duty when needed; ensure compliance with policies and procedures and quality resident care; communicate effectively with family members and physicians; perform nursing tasks as defined by policy and state law.
