Job Summary
Monitor daily resident care, administer medications, and document all nursing tasks per state law and company policy. Exercise independent discretion in emergency responses, communicate with families and physicians, and ensure physician orders are implemented. Manage caregiver assignments, monitor staff performance, and handle shift coverage or staffing requests. Act as Manager on Duty when the Administrator is absent and address resident or visitor concerns. Current state LPN/LVN with elderly care experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current state LPN/LVN
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
- Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
