Senior Living Nurse - LPN responsible for Resident Care, dispensing and documenting medications, supervising Caregivers, setting up shift schedules, ensuring medication administration accuracy, maintaining the medication cart and records, communicating with residents’ families and physicians, and coordinating care plans. The role includes supervisory responsibilities for Caregivers, scheduling duties, directing on-shift activities, and performing skilled nursing tasks per policy and state law.
Required Qualifications
- Current state LPN/LVN
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
