Senior Living Nurse - LPN

Senior Living Nurse/LPN responsible for resident care, medication administration, and supervision of Caregivers. Duties include narcotic counts, setting up, dispensing, and documenting medications; maintaining medication carts and records; monitoring daily resident care; performing skilled nursing tasks per policy and state law; exercising judgment in emergencies; documenting observations and ensuring follow-up; communicating with Health Services Director, administrators, families, and physicians; recording physician orders and ensuring interventions are implemented; ensuring care plans are followed by Caregivers. Supervisory responsibilities include shift assignments, monitoring caregiver performance, scheduling and staffing duties, conducting tours, acting as Manager on Duty, addressing family or visitor concerns, and coordinating with Maintenance as needed. Other duties as assigned.
