Job Summary
Senior Living Nurse position in Salem, Oregon requiring LPN/LVN or RN license with experience caring for the elderly. Responsibilities include monitoring daily resident care, performing skilled nursing tasks per policy and state law, documenting observations and incidents, communicating needs to family members and physicians, recording physician orders, ensuring medication administration records are accurate, supervising caregivers and ensuring care plans are implemented, managing shift assignments and staffing coverage, and addressing family or visitor concerns. Strong documentation, professional demeanor, and ability to interact with residents, families, and staff are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current state LPN/LVN or RN license if required by state
- Experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
