Senior Living Nurse - LPN or RN

Senior Living Nurse responsibilities include monitoring daily care of residents, performing skilled nursing tasks per policy and state law, documenting observations and changes, communicating resident needs to family and physicians, recording physician orders, ensuring care plans are implemented, supervising medication administration, receiving shift reports, and providing status updates.
