Senior Living Home Care RN Manager

Lead, inspire, and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care while collaborating with the Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO to ensure cohesive management. Review clinical documentation for accuracy and coordinate client care, referrals, and assignments to act as an internal case manager and advocate. Work with the team to assign appropriate clinicians, update individualized plans of care based on continual assessments, and participate in hiring and interview processes. Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities, including visits to physician offices and facilities. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with a base salary of $95,000–$100,000 and quarterly bonus potential up to $3,000.
