Job Summary
Lead and direct the overall operation of the Community per Sinceri Senior Living Mission, ensuring high-quality service, occupancy and financial performance; oversee leadership across departments, ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and resident rights, drive census development, marketing, and programming in alignment with program standards; manage staffing, budgeting, and regulatory relationships while fostering a positive, professional work environment and a culture of exceptional customer service in senior living.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Must be licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources, and the general public
- Must meet all State health requirements
- Must be computer literate
- Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets
- Genuine concern for and ability to work with the elderly
