Job Summary
Chauffeur residents to appointments and events while maintaining the company van and performing light maintenance tasks like cleaning and trash removal. Establish and monitor transportation schedules, pick up and deliver errands, and ensure resident safety during entry, exit, and vehicle motion. Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or resident health issues to the supervisor immediately. Maintain a clean vehicle, follow all safety rules, and assist with resident activities as requested. Full-time role with daily pay, PTO, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Completion of drug testing and criminal record background check
- Valid driver's license sufficient to drive the company vehicle
- Valid CDL license if required
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Manual dexterity to operate a vehicle safely
- Interpersonal skills to work with various levels of people, associates, and residents
- Free of communicable disease
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Ability to follow directions
