Senior Litigator

Conduct litigation strategy and manage complex civil and commercial cases from filing through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs while conducting discovery, depositions, and negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop case theories and present arguments in court. Requires 7+ years of litigation experience and a JD or LLB.
