Job Summary
The Senior Litigation Support Manager at CoStar Group is responsible for providing critical legal and administrative support for litigation matters. This includes managing case-related processes, maintaining case files, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring efficient operation of legal matters. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, alongside proficiency in legal technologies and tools. Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant litigation experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred qualifications include paralegal certification and experience at AmLaw 100 firms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not for profit, in-person college/university
- At least 8 years of general litigation or employment litigation paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal certification
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or the legal department for a multinational corporation
- Strong proficiency with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI and a willingness to engage in process improvement initiatives
- Interest or experience in legal technology and AI-driven solutions
