Job Summary
Lead the primary paralegal and operational support for Reddit's Employment, IP, and General Litigation teams by owning core case workflows, including matter intake, calendaring, document management, and closeout. Coordinate daily with outside counsel on filings, discovery, document production, and invoice administration while managing the legal hold and preservation process across various systems. Drive e-discovery initiatives by initiating data collections, coordinating review workflows, and evaluating AI-enabled tools to optimize document review and quality control. Improve and scale team processes by automating repeatable workflows, reducing manual work, and implementing new legal technology to strengthen efficiency and knowledge sharing. Track project and team metrics for ongoing analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation teams
- Strong command of litigation operations, including intake and tracking, calendaring, document management, outside counsel coordination, document preservation, and e-discovery
- Demonstrated familiarity with various e-discovery tools and systems
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse and active docket
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively partner with various stakeholders across Legal, Security, IT, and other business teams
- Technological adaptability and an interest in being an early adopter of new software and testing and implementing AI tools to improve efficiencies and automate routine tasks
- Comfortable handling chaos with the ability to thrive in a remote-first team environment
- Must be near SF office and able to go in once a week
Desired Qualifications
- Strong preference for in-house experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to operate independently, move quickly, and solve problems
- Strong preference for experience with Google Suite, Slack, and DISCO
