Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution by handling file management, discovery, document review, and court filings in Federal and State courts. Support attorneys with complex matters through calendaring deadlines, researching Local Rules, drafting briefs, and coordinating depositions and trial logistics. Streamline workflows using AI tools and maintain up-to-date document management systems and activity reports. Collaborate with external vendors and prepare timekeeping charts while ensuring strict compliance with all procedural requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8- 10 years of relevant experience in AmLaw 100 law firm
  • Candidate must meet any applicable state requirements governing the performance or paralegal duties, including any required certifications or qualifications
  • Experience with internal and government investigations
  • Understanding of common litigation practices, procedures, regulations, and workflow
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Workspace, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
  • Proficient in iManage
  • Experience with eDiscovery Databases such as Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Harvey, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, Gemini etc.
  • Available to travel as needed
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency; experience interfacing with client representatives to develop and implement AI workflows
  • Experience with internal and government investigations is a plus, but not required
