Senior Litigation Lawyer

Senior Litigation Lawyer to join the Guinness Legal Team in London. Permanent, full-time role with hybrid working. Manages the Litigation Team and handles housing litigation including ASB, possession, disrepair, leasehold management, service charge disputes and debt recovery. Requires ability to present complex information clearly in writing and verbally, strong organisational skills, and a track record of meeting deadlines and targets. Essential IT skills with Microsoft Office; experience leading and developing a high-performing team; demonstrated advocacy skills and familiarity with courts and tribunals. Desirable: experience in housing association or public sector, managing legal staff, and other types of litigation. Qualifications include being a qualified solicitor or barrister in England, or a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) with equal practice rights.
