Job Summary
Senior Litigation Counsel to handle complex civil litigation matters from pre-suit through resolution, manage commercial and employment disputes, draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal strategy memoranda, attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings, and provide practical client guidance. Will work with clients directly, mentor junior attorneys, and assist with business development and client relationship management. Requires 12+ years of civil litigation experience and active Texas Bar license; hybrid work arrangement in Bedford, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong experience handling sophisticated civil litigation matters
- Trial, deposition, and courtroom experience highly valued
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Excellent communication, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively with leadership and staff
