Senior Litigation Counsel (Of Counsel) licensed in Colorado to handle business and real estate disputes across civil litigation. Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation; conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy; provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies; negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution; maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-level client service. Qualifications include Colorado license, 8–10 years of civil litigation experience with emphasis on business and real estate matters, strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
