Job Summary
Manage a substantial caseload of consumer warranty litigation matters from inception to resolution, applying mass tort principles to handle high-volume cases effectively. Develop and implement effective case strategies, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, while overseeing all aspects of discovery to ensure thorough and timely responses. Represent clients in state and federal court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings, and lead settlement negotiations and mediations to achieve efficient case resolutions. Collaborate with team leadership and institutional clients to mitigate risk and secure favorable outcomes. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in litigation

- Proven track record in handling civil litigation matters independently
