Senior Liquidity Specialist: Onsite

Senior Liquidity Specialist drives the Regional Banking Deposit & Liquidity Strategy to grow revenue, expand client portfolios, and engage clients. The role serves as a banker-facing liquidity subject matter expert for complex regional banking clients, partnering with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Advisors, and Deposit Product & Pricing teams to deliver consultative liquidity solutions. As a product-agnostic advisor, the specialist leads liquidity reviews, collaborates with cross-functional teams to support client strategy and execution, develops pipeline updates, and contributes to sales tools and enablement resources. The position requires strong knowledge of liquidity products (including deposits, Treasury Management solutions, and related services), financial modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights across regional bankers in both in-person and virtual channels. Office-based with opportunities for a flexible work arrangement; exempt status applies and compensation includes base salary and incentive plans.
