Job Summary
Senior Linux System Engineer responsible for administering, maintaining, and evolving RedHat-based server infrastructures; developing and maintaining scripts (Bash, Python) and playbooks (Ansible) to automate deployment, configuration, and maintenance; implementing security best practices, patching, hardening, and incident response; monitoring performance with Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus; leading migration projects and designing new architectures with containerization and cloud solutions; providing Level 3 support and contributing to an on-call rotation; maintaining clear technical documentation. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5-8 years of hands-on Linux system administration in production; must-have skills include scripting, Ansible, VMware, Docker, Apache/Nginx, Tomcat, monitoring/logging (Zabbix, ELK, Prometheus), cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), databases (MySQL/MariaDB), and fluency in French and English.
