Job Summary
Provide behavioral health consultation to primary care providers, conduct DSM-based screenings and evaluations, and formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families. Deliver group therapy sessions and triage clinical emergencies while documenting all client interactions and adhering to agency policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community providers to ensure timely referrals and meet direct service productivity goals. Maintain cultural competence, report child abuse as mandated, and attend required supervision and treatment planning meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology
- Must be fully licensed in CT: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist
