Job Summary
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy across the customer journey. Design and optimize email campaigns to onboard, nurture, and reactivate users; manage marketing automation workflows from ideation through launch and optimization; analyze user behavior and campaign performance; run A/B tests; collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Advisor/Advocate teams to align lifecycle efforts with business goals; drive programs to convert, engage, and retain buyers on Gartner Digital Markets properties (G2, GetApp, Software Advice, Capterra); stay current with lifecycle and email marketing trends and best practices, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, preferably in a SaaS, digital marketplace, or B2B environment
- Proven track record designing and executing Email marketing and Lifecycle marketing programs
- Expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization; hands-on experience with Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign analysis
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative, customer-centric mindset with a passion for optimizing the user journey and delivering measurable business impact
