Job Summary
Senior Licensing Sales Manager, Americas at Dolby leads licensing revenue growth for Living Room technologies by building strategic relationships with key OEMs in the U.S. consumer electronics market. You’ll own and grow key accounts, develop multi-layered account strategies, close complex licensing deals, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will translate market insights into actionable strategy, drive pipeline and forecasting, and participate in governance activities to align partnerships with roadmaps and go-to-market plans. Requires 8+ years in technology sales or business development, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/technical degree a plus), strong executive communication, and willingness to travel domestically. The role prioritizes senior stakeholder engagement, strategic dealmaking, and driving long-term partnership value, with a base salary range of $170,600–$234,200 and additional bonus/equity potential.
