Job Summary
Senior Licensing Lead responsible for owning and growing the Atlassian Williams F1 Team licensing program, leading end-to-end licensing operations and a small team, developing global strategy, identifying new product categories and partnerships, negotiating licenses, managing licensee relationships, and ensuring brand governance and co-branding standards across licensed products; collaborates closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Legal to drive revenue, product launches, and fan engagement while maintaining brand integrity across worldwide markets.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in brand licensing
- Proven track record of building and growing a licensing portfolio
- Experience leading, managing, and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on licensing negotiations and closing
- Excellent relationship management across functions
- Passion for brand integrity and product governance
- Familiarity with licensing pipelines from deal origination to revenue delivery
