Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (RA) required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 7–10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Strong experience in residential design (custom homes, multifamily, or townhomes)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and documentation standards
- Proven ability to manage projects, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
