Job Summary
Senior Liability Claims Specialist manages mid to complex Auto and General Liability claims (bodily injury and property damage), including litigated files, with reserving authority and adherence to client/carrier guidelines; works remotely with residency on the East Coast or Midwest and collaborates with team members on complex claims while maintaining excellent communication and claims practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Ten (10) or more years’ experience handling General Liability claims, including high exposure and/or litigated claims
- Two (2) or more years' experience handling Auto Liability claims
- Current Adjuster’s License in state of operation is required
- Multi-State license is preferred (especially eastern states such as New York, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama)
- Municipality experience is a plus
