Senior Level Quantity Surveyor (Associate Directors/Commercial Managers/Managing Surveyors and Senior QS’s)

Senior-level Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across the LDA’s residential development portfolio. Responsibilities include viability and cost modelling analyses, procurement of project design teams and construction delivery partners, interfacing with external QS consultants, managing development budgets and post-contract expenditure, contributing to cost databases and standardised documentation, and providing cost, value management, procurement, contract and affordability advice to design teams and development managers. Requires demonstrable experience in residential delivery at senior QS/AD level, team leadership of project QS roles, and a degree in Quantity Surveying with Chartered MRICS/MSCSI credentials.
