Job Summary
Create and manage plans for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off, coordinating development teams from start to finish. Set milestones for CRM projects and services, adapt to existing work, and develop new project plans. Track project status, proactively manage scope changes, and own communication and execution of solution hand-offs at designated milestones. Develop progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations while testing code and recommending changes. Work from 9am to 5pm Eastern US time in a virtual setting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in writing and speaking in English
- Database knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM
- Ability to document requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Problem solving, analytical and communication abilities
- Work from 9am -5pm Eastern US time
