Job Summary
Senior Level Clinical Case Manager for Government And Public Services Sector – Contract Contingent engaged to support City of Charlotte (COC) and regional public-sector clients. Provide Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services with responsibilities including assessing and managing high-need client cases, developing comprehensive case plans with measurable goals, supervising junior case staff or aides, coordinating with multiple service agencies for integrated care, and evaluating case outcomes with plan adjustments. Requires advanced knowledge of case management methodologies and 5+ years of experience (supervisory duties preferred). Educational requirement is a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or related field. Core competencies include leadership, advocacy, conflict resolution, critical thinking, empathy, cross-cultural competence, teamwork, and policy/program development. The role is CONUS-based with a Charlotte, NC location and an in-person work arrangement, and may be contract contingent or W-2 per project, with potential conversion to full-time at ProSidian's discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s in social work or related field
- 5+ years of case management experience, with supervisory duties preferred
