Job Summary
Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange viewings and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants while assessing and valuing properties for the market. Market listings to tenants using various channels, canvass the local area, and conduct door knocking and leaflet dropping. Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards. Generate new and repeat business through outstanding customer service and independent initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
