Senior Lettings Negotiator

Senior Lettings Consultant role focused on expanding the property register by winning instructions, supporting the Branch Manager to maximise branch profit, and delivering first-class service to clients both over the phone and in person. Responsibilities include booking and conducting property viewings, negotiating and agreeing tenancies, building relationships internally and externally, achieving personal and branch sales targets, and representing the company professionally. Candidates should have experience in residential lettings, strong sales ability, excellent customer service, a good telephone manner, negotiation skills, tenacity, ability to build relationships at all levels, adaptability, and a full UK driving license. The position is based in Oundle, with activity in the local area within the Leaders/LRG Real Estate network and offers market-leading training and development opportunities.
