Job Summary
Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies while developing strong landlord and tenant relationships. Assess and value properties for the market, marketing listings through various channels and canvassing the local area via door knocking and leaflet dropping. Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards and generate new and repeat business. Requires a full UK manual driving licence, legal right to work in the UK, and strong IT skills. On-target earnings exceed £50,000 per year with a guaranteed commission for the first two months.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
