Job Summary
Senior Lending Manager responsible for leading Chase Home Lending teams in Mortgage Banking, driving P/L ownership, implementing mortgage strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Builds and mentors a high-performing team of Senior Home Lending Advisors and Lending Managers, manages relationships with Retail Bank Partners, IT/Product/Operations/UW teams, and external vendors, and leads staffing, pricing, and process improvements to meet mortgage lending goals across markets. Requires deep mortgage banking knowledge, leadership experience, and familiarity with NMLS/SAFE Act and Dodd-Frank compliance. Locations include Tempe, AZ and Columbus, OH with in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years management experience
- 3+ Sr. Managers team leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State regulatory policies and procedures
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage high-stress performance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- NMLS registration/SAFE Act familiarity
