Job Summary
Senior Lending Associate Operations responsible for day-to-day lending operations processes including loan administration and servicing, supports payments, transactions, service requests, and SLA-driven activities; collaborates with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve workflows, and deliver accurate, timely responses. Gathers/formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; supports change management and training initiatives; ensures regulatory requirements and risk considerations are understood and applied in operations; performs general administrative tasks and may assist junior staff. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and a solid grasp of lending products (mortgages, consumer, leasing, and commercial) within a banking/financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
