Job Summary
Develop and maintain high-quality, plain-English Consumer law content, optimizing it for AI-powered legal workflows and research solutions. Create, review, and update practical guidance notes, precedents, and checklists that reflect real-world legal practice and emerging market trends. Collaborate with technology, product, and editorial teams to embed legal expertise into AI-enabled solutions while supporting brand awareness across clients and stakeholders. This 0.9 FTE permanent role operates on a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in-office attendance and offers flexibility for interstate candidates. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years PQE (minimum)
- Experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm or in-house counsel role
- A practice background in consumer law matters
- Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills
- Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with a range of diverse clients and local and international stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in, or exposure to, AI‐assisted legal research and AI tools (desirable)
