Job Summary
Advise on labor and employment matters, including contracts, policies, terminations, and dispute resolution, while monitoring legislative developments to update company procedures. Lead compliance initiatives in the Philippines, conduct employee training, and support product recall processes. Assist in preparing statutory records, coordinating board meetings, and ensuring timely filings with local authorities. Review and draft standard agreements such as NDAs and POAs, escalate legal risks, and manage legal databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI tools for legal processes and report on adoption progress. Liaise with internal departments, external counsel, and regulatory bodies like DOLE. Prepare regular management reports on legal and compliance matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B./J.D.)
- admission to the bar
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience
