Job Summary
Proactively manage the Group General Counsel's time, priorities, and focus by preparing high-quality briefs, papers, and presentations. Ensure meetings are structured and purposeful while anticipating challenges to remove blockers before they arise. Maintain legal documentation with high accuracy, coordinate contract workflows, and support governance activities including board materials. Manage end-to-end preparation and execution of IP legal documents, including Powers of Attorney, assignment agreements, and declarations of use, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and correctly executed across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate document execution, legalisation processes, and partner with external notaries and agents. Act as a connector across Legal and the wider business to bring structure to competing priorities, track actions and deadlines with discipline, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. Operate with discretion and confidence to support senior leadership in a fast-paced global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting senior leaders in legal, corporate, or executive environments
- Strong background in legal administration and document management
- Proven ability to manage complexity, pressure, and competing priorities
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High levels of discretion, judgement, and integrity
- Knowledge of international legalisation and documentation processes
- Good powerpoint skills
- Openness to leverage AI
